What’s your daily minimum (in your job search)?
The minimum amount of:
Jobs applied to DMs/Emails sent Conversations had
Without that, we can easily:
Fall out of rhythm Fail to create momentum Struggle to make progress
This idea came from my friend, Mark Cumicek, who has a daily minimum of running a mile.
Having a daily minimum ensures he builds momentum and makes progress on his health.
What are your daily minimums for your job search?
For me:
3-5 jobs applied to 30+ minutes of writing Sharing one piece of content
While I’m not uber-rigid to this, it’s helped me stay sane
And to know that I’m making progress, even when externals show otherwise

This applies to all of us (not just those out of a job)
